Most schools tell a parent how their child is doing twice a year, on a report card, long after anything could be done about it. Educare365 closes that gap. Every assessment, every teacher remark, every attendance dip becomes an update addressed to one family — alongside the ordinary business of a school or college — by SMS, WhatsApp and email.
Academic year 2026–27 · Term 2
Written the way a school writes anything that matters — as a record, with fields.
A student progress notification system sends each parent updates about their own child's academic growth rather than one identical message to everybody. Because marks, attendance, teacher remarks and fee position already sit in the school ERP, the system reports what changed for that student — subject by subject and assessment by assessment — and delivers it by SMS, WhatsApp or email alongside ordinary school and college notices.
The word that does the work is changed. A mark on its own tells a parent almost nothing. Seventy-four in Science means one thing after a sixty-six and something quite different after an eighty-two.
This is one real-shaped student year — four subjects, five assessments. Pick a subject, then click any point on the line to read the exact message that went to his parent at that moment. The dip in Science is the one worth clicking.

Student progress report remarks are written every term by people who know the child. In most schools they are then read exactly once, by whoever prints the report card, four months after they were written. The remark is often the most useful sentence in the whole record, and it is the one a parent is least likely to see in time.
“Best paper so far. Word problems much stronger. Still rushes the last question — worth practising with a clock.”
“Lost marks on Chapter 4 numericals again. Has attended both remedial sessions and the last worksheet was much better.”
“Reading comprehension is a real strength. Creative writing is safe rather than weak — would like to see him take a risk.”
Each remark goes to the one family it is about, attached to that subject's result so it arrives with the mark rather than instead of it.
The remark is written once by the teacher. The surrounding message — subject, mark, change, call to action — is templated per language, so the family reads it in theirs.
The remark remains against the student for the term and prints on the report card as it always did. Sending it early does not remove it from the record.
Academic growth is the half that is usually missing. The other half is the ordinary business of an institution — and it belongs on the same channel, from the same record, so a parent is not watching three different places. Filter the list to see what each kind of update looks like.
Every one of these already exists somewhere in Educare365 as a record. None of them is a separate message anyone writes — which is the only reason a school can afford to send all eighteen without adding a person to do it.
One result, three channels, three shapes. The school decides the routing per event; the parent's own number and language decide the rest. Below is Aarav's Unit Test 2 Mathematics result as each channel carries it.
Reaches every handset, including the parent who has no smartphone and no data. Carries the number and the direction, which is the part that matters most, and nothing else.
Room for the teacher's remark, the trend and a button straight into the subject report. This is where a progress update actually becomes a conversation, because the parent can reply.
All four subjects in one place, with the trend chart and remarks attached. The version a parent forwards to the other parent, or keeps for the meeting.
